By accessing or using AgentLabs ("Service", "we", "us", or "our") at agentlabs.design, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
AgentLabs provides a marketplace of AI-powered agents accessible on a pay-per-use basis. Users purchase credits and consume them during agent sessions billed by the minute. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Sessions are billed at the rate displayed at the time of use, currently $0.75 per minute. Credits are purchased in advance via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Responses generated by AI agents are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. The AgentLabs platform, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by copyright law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
