1. Overview

AgentLabs ("we", "us", "our") operates agentlabs.design. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password.

Usage data: We log session duration, agent used, and cost per session to calculate billing and detect abuse. We do not store the content of your conversations beyond the current session.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or billing address. We only receive a Stripe customer ID and confirmation of successful payments.

Communications: If you contact us, we may retain that correspondence.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • To process payments and manage your credit balance
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, low-balance alerts)
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Anthropic — AI model provider (your messages are processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses)
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Your messages sent to AI agents are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle API data.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, which will log you out.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for billing and abuse detection. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at jake@gatsv.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
